Kotryna was first introduced to ASSIST as a scholar at Miss Porter’s School in 2011. Since then, her finance skills and passion for the life-changing impact of international education have brought her back to the organization. Kotryna is an Investment Banking Vice President at Baird, where she works on the Equity Capital Markets team and advises management teams and stakeholders on public listings and a variety of capital raising strategies. She covers a broad range of industries with a focus on consumer and technology sectors. Kotryna graduated from Macalester College with a B.A. in Economics and International Studies and earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Originally from Lithuania, she is currently based in Minneapolis, MN.
