Adding ASSIST on the professional networking social media platform, LinkedIn, is a quick and easy way to boost your profile, unlock networking benefits and show the world your "Scholars, Leaders, ASSIST” spirit. Here's how to do it in just a few clicks:
1. If you have not already. set up a profile on LinkedIn.
2. Go to the "Education" section on your LinkedIn profile.
3. Click the Plus Sign (+) to "Add", type ASSIST (all caps), and select.
4. Under “Description” type "Selective U.S.-Based Scholarship Program for International Scholars"
5. Add these top-rated LinkedIn skills or create your own: Intercultural Communication, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Leading Positive Change, Teamwork
MyASSISTConnect Alumni Portal
Our alumni portal, MyASSISTConnect, helps keep our alumni network strong. Through the alumni portal, you can:
- Learn about ASSIST events in your country
- Offer or apply for internships
- Seek career advice and employment opportunities
- Get help when moving or traveling to a new place through apartment swaps, real estate advice, and more
